Larger, More Complex Claims
For larger and more complex claims your insurance company usually appoints an Insurance Assessor. An assessor is an independent person who will interview you and assess the loss or damage and report all details of the incident to your insurance company. The assessor will arrange the quotes and prepare all the necessary paperwork for you. The assessor is your contact point. Once the assessor has collected all the relevant information they will submit a report to the insurance company recommending a course of action. This can take some time, depending on the size of the claim and the work load involved. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your claim please contact your assessor, if you cannot resolve the issue please contact our office immediately.
Please contact our office on 02 69 710 710 as soon as you can when loss or damage has occurred.
